Does this eBay link carry my campaign ID?
An eBay Partner Network link carries campid= followed by a 10-digit campaign ID, along with mkcid=1. If the campaign ID reaches the eBay page the link opens, eBay can credit the affiliate for a purchase.
Paste the link above. We show the campaign ID, the item, the eBay site and every redirect. Enter your own in "Your campaign ID" and every check also tells you whether the link carries it.

Where to find your campaign ID
Sign in to eBay Partner Network and open Campaigns. Each campaign has a 10-digit campaign ID. The Partner Network link generator puts it into every link it makes.
You can use one campaign for everything or a separate campaign for each site or channel. Each one has its own ID, so check the link carries the campaign you meant.
What this checker can and cannot tell you
We can tell you:
- whether a campaign ID is present and has the right shape
- whether
mkcid=1 marks the link as an affiliate link
- which eBay site the link points to
- whether the campaign ID survives every redirect to the final eBay page
- whether the link carries the campaign ID you typed in "Your campaign ID"
We cannot tell you whose account a campaign ID belongs to, or whether the campaign is active. To confirm that, check Campaigns in eBay Partner Network.
Common problems and fixes
No campaign ID. Links copied from the address bar or eBay's share button often have none. Make the link with the Partner Network link generator instead.
Campaign ID dropped on a redirect. A plugin or link shortener can strip everything after the ?. The hop where campid disappears is marked in red. Link straight to the eBay URL, or fix the redirect so it keeps the query string.
Wrong campaign. If you run several campaigns, a link can carry the wrong one. Type the campaign ID you expect in "Your campaign ID" to catch this.
The item has ended. The link may still work, but eBay shows an ended listing or similar items. The final page in the hop list shows where visitors land.
Common questions
How do I check an eBay affiliate link?
Paste it in the box at the top of this page. We show the campaign ID, the item ID, the eBay site and every redirect, and whether the campaign ID reaches eBay.
What is campid in an eBay link?
It is your eBay Partner Network campaign ID, a 10-digit number. eBay uses it to credit the affiliate for purchases made after the click.
Do ebay.us short links keep my campaign ID?
They do when the Partner Network link tools make them. Short links from eBay's normal share button may carry no campaign ID. Paste the short link here to see what it opens.
Can I see whose campaign ID is on a link?
No. eBay does not publish which account owns a campaign ID.
Does checking my link count as a click?
It can. We read the link first without visiting it. The live check then follows it once, and eBay may count that as one click. We reuse the result for an hour so the same link is not visited twice.
Does it work for eBay sites outside the US?
Yes. We read links for eBay UK, Germany, Australia, Canada and the other eBay sites, and show which site each link points to.
