Target affiliate links
Target Partners runs through Impact, an affiliate network. A Target affiliate link usually starts goto.target.com/c/ and carries three numbers in its path. The first is the affiliate's Impact partner ID. Impact records the click and then sends the visitor to Target, so the ID does not need to appear on the final Target page.
